Answers about the registration process

How do I register?: Simply click on Registration and register with the corresponding data.
Then you can activate your account via the confirmation link sent by e-mail and off you go.
If you already have an account, click on Login above and log in.
Can I bid without registration?: No, this is not possible.
You must have an activated profile to participate in the auction. Please register here. Click on the confirmation link in the activation e-mail to complete the registration.

How do I know if I've been outbid?: When registering, you must enter a valid e-mail address. You will then be automatically informed as soon as you have been outbid. You can't change your e-mail-adress afterwards.
Who can see my data when bidding?: Data protection is important to us. Therefore, no one will publicly know your data or your name when bidding. Only the organizer has access to your data in order to be able to contact you when the bid is accepted. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties.
Who can I contact if I have questions about one of the auction candidates?: Please feel free to contact our contact persons by phone or e-mail at any time.
Who should I contact if I have technical questions or problems?: During business hours you are welcome to contact the 3forONE Team (support@3forone.com) by e-mail.

For example, how will I be informed about a surcharge?: Directly after the end of the auction of the respective horse, you will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail-address known to us.
How does the payment work?: The Baden-Badener Auktionsgesellschaft (BBAG) e.V. will contact you after the auction for invoicing and payment.
